Our Ready-Made deals, also called Package Deals or Packaged Deals, fall between our full Armchair Investments service and the BMV leads for sale and wanted in our BMV Lead Exchange system.

In simple terms we analyse and qualify leads, sorting the wheat from the chaff, until we find one that fits our BMV criteria. It may be that the existing owner wants to sell and rent back, or simply an outright sale; this will be made clear to you in the deal details.

We negotiate a price with the seller and arrange a valuation. We also arrange the necessary bridging finance you will need through our own company. We arrange the necessary re-mortgage and introduce a solicitor who understands the BMV process can handle the conveyancing in the necessary timescale (most can’t). We make all this available to you, such that all you require is a clean credit record and a passport to pass your solicitor’s money-laundering KYC checks.

You will often exchange and complete on the same day, purchasing for cash using our bridging finance and then immediately re-mortgaging such that the BMV price-reduction funds much of the deposit. Our fee is only payable when you complete, and your solicitor will take care of this for you.
