All property investors know the value of good contacts, not least with people who wish to sell a property. In most cases deals can be done direct without the need for either an estate agent or a HIP, thus saving the seller money, and to a cash buyer, thereby providing speed and certainty.

If you able to make an introduction to such a seller (i.e. you have a BMV property lead to sell) then you can post it here and, if the price is right, you will hopefully sell it. You may not make a fortune doing this (although some do) but it should at least help you cover your own advertising costs.

Similarly if you specialise in investing in a particular geographic area and wish BMV lead sellers to contact you when they have leads to sell in that area you may post your details here.

We make no charge for these facilities and simply offer this service as a gesture of goodwill to our fellow investors.
