We are always willing to consider entering into joint ventures with like-minded investors, developers and entrepreneurs. Some examples of joint-ventures include:
- A totally hands-off ‘sleeping partner’ loan to somebody refurbishing a property, for part or all of the total cost. They pay no interest and we share the profit when the property is sold on.
- A loan towards a property that is rented out; in return for a share of both equity and rental income.
- Sharing in the cost and effort of a new-build development in return for a share of the result.
- Making surplus funds available to another bridging finance lender, in return for a share of the interest received.
- Etc.
